Need a new arsenal jacket?? Any recommendations??

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Need a new arsenal jacket?? Any recommendations??

Post by Gooner_N4 »

A silly thread I know, but I was looking to buy a new arsenal jacket to wear on my trips over me top etc..

My old regular one is a bit dated now so need a new replacement, well it's about time after keeping the same one for 4years..

Any jackets out there you guys wanna recommend before I go out and invest in a arsenal jacket/coat that won't hopefully get tatty on me too quickly? :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Your best bet would be to go into the Armoury, I got a red jack with an old style badge (hate the new one) and it's great to put over a top.... I've had a quick look on the website but I can't see the one I got. It's a Nike jacket with a good lining, I think it cost around £50.00

Barbour, arctic fox, onetruesaxon, Fred Perry, HP company and SI do some cracking terrace wear, always look good, never date and last for years. I have just bought 2 new Barbour coats for the new season, I'm assuming you're a bloke so the companies I mentioned all do mens wear.

Cheers lads for your thoughts and recommendations. I'm leaning towards this jacket if anything..

Looks good with all me blue jeans etc as well as looks pretty good and has a decent style badge on it. Nice and discreet too for all my away trips when going outta london..

Just need to get into the store to see if it's actually a good fit. Just hope it's decent material, provides good protection against the elements we cant control as well as everything else.

 what about my comments, dont they count cos I'm a bird?? Actually for the crap they usually sell in the shop its not too bad with the old crest on it, but you'll still get a better quality from Barbour or SI if thats the sort of style you like.

Right thats it, I'm hurt. I suppose I should have expected a comment along those lines particularly from a bitter twisted **** like you.
