He may be greedy and stupid but I think wishing injury on anyone says more about us then it does about him. Yes he followed the money, yes he is greedy, maybe he is gay/bisexual (though I fail to see why we need to joke about it or actually care) but I doubt it, he did betray us but he is human.gus ceasar is a legend wrote:Let's hope not though hey Magic Hat!
I personally hope it is a hideous injury which can only be repaired by NASA or with the use of scaffolding!
And I hope his tart has caught crabs from Drogba!
Great news!

I agree that it is not the nicest thing to do but you yourself state that C**tley is a special case who deserves exception!
Make your mind up!
The guy is a no-good lieing wanker with a fetsh for sexual antics with men and phones who sells himself to the highest bidder! A man that finds 100% pay rises to £50k a week derisory and has the nerve to write about it!
Sorry the guy deseves all he gets!

Personally I don't wish injury on anyone, even that little twat but there are some that you can have little sympathy for if they do happen to get injured. There's a difference between actually wishing the injury on some one and erm......lacking a touch off sympathy

IF I'M HONEST, EVERYTIME I SEE CASHLEY PLAY I WANT HIM TO GET INJURED! I KNOW IT'S NOT MORALLY OR ETHICALLY CORRECT TO FEEL THIS WAY BUT I CAN'T HELP IT!
ALTHOUGH I NEVER USE TO BE LIKE THIS, I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT IN THE PAST FEW YEARS I HAVE WANTED KEY PLAYERS FROM OUR OPPOSITION TO GET INJURED - ESPECIALLY IF WE WERE DUE TO PLAY THEM SOON.
HORRIBLE I KNOW, BUT FOOTBALL RIVALLY DOES THAT TO YOU!
IRONICALLY ENOUGH, THE FEW TIMES I HAVE LOOKED FORWARD TO A MATCH KNOWING OPPOSING PLAYERS WERE INJURED (AND THUS THEORETICALLY INCREASING OUR CHANCES OF VICTORY), HAVE INEVITABLY ENDED UP BACK-FIRING BECAUSE THE REPLACEMENT HAS GONE ON AND DONE SOMETHING TO BEAT US!!
MAGICHAT, I LIKE YOU MATE BUT IT MUST BE REALLY LONELY FOR YOU UP THERE ON THAT PEDESTAL OF YOURS LOOKING DOWN ON US MERE MORTALS!

i know its not nice wishing ill on anyone and normally i wouldnt but watching the england game and seen cashly damage his knee i just wanted the little prick to be badly damaged,,, he more then any ex arsenal player hurt the fans with his stupid book and going on about his money,, frank stapleton was the first player to make me feel like this but cashly i just wanted
him hurt more

I get the impression from Magic Hat's posts that he sees football through a wider lens, incorporating what happens to our International team and how football can best be developed.I Hate Hleb wrote:IF I'M HONEST, EVERYTIME I SEE CASHLEY PLAY I WANT HIM TO GET INJURED! As far as Cole goes, I don't care much for him when he plays, neither for Chelsea or England. It just doesn't matter to me and I can't stoke up some hatred for him as there is none. I don't wish a serious injury on him but if it hurts Chelsea then I am not displeased.

Yes this pedestal is quite comfy thank you mortal
Think a little here, when Cashley was at Arsenal, he was the worlds best left back (yes, I know it took awhile for fellow English to work this out. We must pity their stupidity including the guy who gave him 4 out of 10 for marking Ronaldo out of Euro 2004 quarter final.), he could bomb down the flank at will for club and country, he was loved by the fans and eventually the press, his career was going great at a stable club under a great manager who loved to attack. Then he became a laughing stock, an image of greed in the game, the papers get on his back for his disloyalty and comments about the club, his career has gone down so much that Bridge (no offence to a solid left back like Bridge) is preferred by the fans for the role, his own club fans don't love him, his attacking instincts have been neutered and his form has rapidly declined for club and country, he has often been found wanting for them since his move, so much so that his performance against Estonia was the best I have seen for awhile from him.
There is little sympathy for him, he has become a laughing stock and is at a club that is in turmoil. Injury will gain him sympathy and th longer he is out, the more chance he is suddenly the cure for England or Chelsea's problems
So you all secretly love him or else you would want him to play

I have no sympathy whatsoever and would love it if he was injured! Best left back in England he may have been but he was a bloody nobody when we took him in and taught him his trade and put all out time and resources into him and he repays us by being insulted at 50k a week and then writing all about it! a week! fifty thousand!

TO BE HONEST, WHEN CASHLEY LEFT I WAS ONE OF THOSE THAT BLAMED OUR BOARD FOR NOT PAYING HIM THE EXTRA £5,000 A WEEK HE WANTED.

OF COURSE GALASSO SUMMED IT UP BETTER THAN I DID WHEN HE SAID THAT HE DOESN'T WISH COLE REAL BAD MALICE, BUT JUST TO BE INJURED SO IT AFFECTS CHELSEA - ALTHOUGH AS YOU CORRECTLY STATED, MANY CHAVS ACTUALLY PREFER WAYNE BRIDGE TO MR. TWEEDY, SO WOULD THEY REALLY BE WEAKENED?

TO BE FAIR TO THE ANAL-PROBING WITH HIS MOBILE PHONE LOVING LEFT-BACK, HE HAS LOOKED CONSIDERABLY BETTER IN THE LAST FEW GAMES (SINCE MOURINHO LEFT) AND MORE LIKE THE PLAYER WE ONCE LOVED. HOWEVER, CLICHY HAS BEEN A MORE THAN ADEQUATE REPLACEMENT AND I'M HAPPY TO SAY WE HAVEN'T MISSED THE QUASI
'CAR-CRASHER' AT ALL.

I leave the bile and so on for the press (Martin Samuel aside) who are hyping up Rooney's goal, despite it being a rubbish effort that needed a wicked deflection and offered no credit to Estonia, and my bile also goes to a certain CL final ref. The rest I deal with by mockery during matches
Not that I'm always the rational clear headed one you know and love, I still find Lauren's hack, I mean brilliant slide tackle, on Ronaldo a few years back amusing.
