2 things

a) If they got a 2 year suspended sentence then they signed Cole 3 years ago so thats fucked and b) this latest punishment was handed out by UEFA and the Cole one was handed out by the FA so probably doesnt count towards the latest one anyway

This charge relates to them signing Kakuta in 2007, that's still inside the stated 2 year period from tapping up Cashley, so hoping it could apply.

I guarantee that 2 things will happen at FIFA towers this month

1. Arsenal's appeal against Eduardo's 2 match ban will fail

2. Chelski's appeal against this ruling will succeed

I can't remember which FIFA / UEFA bod said that Chelsea are "the enemy of football" but they are becoming are a f***ing joke. Their rap sheet is ridiculous:-

* Tapping up Cashley

* Accusing Rijkaard of going into see the ref at half-time

* Driving Anders Frisk (a bloody good ref) out of football

* The Obi Wan Mikel transfer saga

* Drogba / Ballacks' conduct against Barca

* This breach of transfer regulations

They genuinely think that their money puts them above the rules that every other club have to abide by. WANKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
