Is Wenger in the last chance saloon?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'd be very suprised if Wenger doesn't see out his contract (2011) and I can't see the board sacking him... so is this the last chance saloon?? I don't think so, no.

He has always been a man of his word regarding contracts so he wont walk and the club will NEVER sack him so this isnt last chance saloon, you are right g88ner

well, i don't expect diaby to do a stepanov's every game. specially just after he played a wonderful match and scored 2 great goals.

cesc is not injuried anymore, he'll even play for spain.
and yes, cover for song is a problem, i agree there.
i haven't seen enough of denilson as the DM in a 3-man central midfield yet, though. he may step up, like song did. who knows?

we have one the best finishers in the league coming back to good shape, that may change. arshavin is also quite prolific if you ask me, as well. you don't score 4 goals at anfield every day, do you?
and rvp is a good finisher, he'll probably step up.

yeah, it does look good.
and no, it's not the same squad. it's improved, it has gelled better and its more confident and has higher workrate than last season.
