Tasha, do us all a favour..............SHUT UP!tasha7 wrote:Thanks for all the welcomes! I warn you now, I can get very boring when you get me started on football tactics and if ever I start ranting about the 4231 formation, it's probably best just to tell me to shut up.
The fact you're hoping to study sports science, does that mean you're a footballer yourself?!

Remember or google it???g88ner wrote:Funnily enough, I remember that game against Coventry well... nice touch about the sunlight, but I'm certain it was a Monday night matchtasha7 wrote:[
OK, where to start - well, I was born into this religion so didn't really have much of a say about it. My first game was Arsenal v Coventry at Highbury in 97. I can't say I remember too much about the game other than being mesmerised by the contrasting colours of sky blue and red against the vivid green of the turf, and the way the sunlight hit the sleeves of the Arsenal shirts making them seem the most brilliant white I'd ever seen.(of course, it was early in the season so perhaps it was a sunny evening

ok tasha, this is the thing: in this forum there are two types of people: the realists who are stupid, know nothing about football and think our squad is terrible and wenger should be sacked for not winning trophies. they are represented by the likes of augie, donaldo, teecee and spudmasher. and then there are the gentle, intelligent and nice rosetinters, who understand this is a young squad getting better and that we will probably win something this season and become the dominant force in english football very soon. they are represented by the wonderful fellas hadareud, swale and bendtner's drinking buddy.tasha7 wrote:No I'm not, I'm terrible! But I would like a career in the sport.
i don't have to say in which i'm included, but i ask you, to which you belong?

I remember it. It might well have been a night game, but it was sunny at kickoff. We used to sit at the back of the lower East and it took me years before I could walk out at the end of a game that had started in sunshine without being amazed that it was dark outside.franksav63 wrote: Remember or google it???![]()
