I agree the AFC is the toughest conference and the AFC east in the toughest division so not confident for the Jets but who knowsaugie wrote:flash gunner wrote:Its international week and quiet as hell on here so thought id start a thread about the American football season starting this week, i know a lot of people hate it but im quite into it so bollocks if you dont like it![]()

To be fair flash rex ryan will do a good job but I think even the play offs might be beyond the j e t s with the patriots and mighty dolphins there![]()
Personally I would hope that neither the patriots nor the cowboys do well this year although any team with the arsehole that is TO would also be a team that I love to hate. I would love to see the vikings win it for brett favre just so he can stick 2 fingers up at the packers for the way they treated him last summer![]()
It is back this thursday and I cannot wait(though it would be good if they could work out the fcuking tv deal

Flash, the Texans have been getting better and better each year. They have arguably one of the top two wide receivers in the league in Andre Johnson, personally I think Larry Fitzgerald is the best. I can easily see them doing an Arizona and at 33/1 it's worth a punt outside the usual suspects.
And.......
Go Colts

I think it has something to do with the Stadium in LA. The Coliseum isnn't it? It's real old and no *word censored* wants to build a new one. Something like that.flash gunner wrote:Anyone know the reason why LA havent got a team in the NFL? They used to have the Raiders and Rams but both moved, never quite understood this as LA is one of the biggest cities they must be able to fill the stadium there????Percy Dalton wrote:I hope the LA Galaxy win it!

The stadium is terrible as it suffers from sub-standard builders work.Number 5 wrote:I think it has something to do with the Stadium in LA. The Coliseum isnn't it?
