There is a danger that getting knocked out of the FAC and CL, and losing the CC Final, in such a short period will make it seem like a poor season.... er, yer, quite understandable really!!! But surely the reality is that we got to the CC Final with our reserves. Who's done that before???? No-one!! We managed to get through the CL Group Stage with a young team in transition - wow! We've (hopefully) managed to qualify for next seasons CL - a damn sight easier than we did last year! In other words, our young side, an almost complete replacement of the team which did the double only 4 years ago, are still in the top four teams in England - and top 16 teams in Europe. Thats bloody amazing!!! And if you look at the history of teams moving to new stadiums you'll see some real disasters - Southampton, Stoke, Sunderland........ And we're still unbeaten with the "Sold Out" sign up each week......!!! We've also had incredible bad luck with injuries, but will hopefully reap the benefits next season!!!! Make mine a treble.....!! Would I swap our squad with anyone? NO!!!
