Liege v Arsenal

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

1. Mamone/Szczesny (doesn’t really matter)
2. Sagna
3. Gallas
4. Vermaelen
5. Clichy
6. Song
7. Fabregas
8. Diaby
9. Bendtner
10. Eduardo

Remaining spot will be interesting.

The way things have been going it will probably be Eboue but would love to see Jack get a start, however, if either of the young boys get a run it’s more likely to be Ramsey.

Tomas will probably get another 30min.

What’s the story with Fran Merida? Wasn’t he meant to be the next Fabregas?

I know the old saying in football is that thank god after a bad result there is always another game around the corner to pick your spirits up again but being honest it doesnt feel that way anymore :( It isnt about the winning or losing that makes me feel this way but the direction or lack thereof at the moment. Lets face it we could win this game 8-0 but we will still know that almunia is still going to be our number 1, song is still going to be our DM and diaby is still going to be playing on a regular basis added to the fact that bedtner will still be considered our messi on the wing then these worrying and depressing thoughts kinda supercede and individual result or performance :( Wenger, regardless of funds, has to either open his eyes to what is in front of him or do the decent thing and let somebody with a clearer perception take over

Arsenal to win 56-55

A little worried about Mannone or Szczesny but apart from that i cant see them troubling us too much.

Im off the Amsterdam tomorrow morning, and it would make it a little bit of a better trip if we win tonight!

Nor any set-piece practice. :banghead:

I love the 80s power ballard music while they take a light jog and do a few Alan Partridge stretches - totally out of context. And er where is Fabergras?
