Its hard to back Wenger when he is so oblivious to all the problems that are in front of him, if thousands of people can see where the problems are then why cant Wenger? Because he is so fucking stubborn and will never admit to being wrongjtvercetti27 wrote:And after everyone thought "we were so stupid to believe a team with eboue and ade could be successful. Lets shut up.Stop singing lads. That'll make us feel better when we're 2-0 down"
fans should sing 90 minutes of the way through. Though I know united didn't either.
I agree our squad isn't strong enough, but If the fans backed wenger 100% I believe the job would always be half done.

I thought we were poor tonight, our passing was well off, we couldnt really get going, the dreadful start didnt help that, it was a mad 5 minutes!
The fact is we came back and won and we can be grateful for that, a top class first goal from Bendtner after good work from Diaby
The second goal was very strange but we have had plenty of things go against us so i will take this slice of luck, and a decent third goal.
Thought Fabregas was below par AGAIN it annoys me so much that he takes all the set pieces as 9 times out of 10 they are really, really poor, his passing is off cue as well!
Thought Clichy was ery poor again, apart from the last minute tackle, not sure whats happened to him, making silly passes and getting caught out all over the pitch
Song has a poor game, which is a shame as he has had a run of excellent matches from last season to this one, but everyone is entitled to a bad day
Diaby was ...well.... Diaby...a strange bloke isnt he, does something superb and then acts like he hasnt played football before!
Apart from that thought we lacked something tonight and still got the win, and remember we had a lot of players missing so at the end of the day it was a good result! Also Rosicky played well, which is great to see him back!

good comment.hanny73 wrote:Do you think fans of teams in the Championship and league's 1 and 2 have that attitude.
Yes we are Arsenal
Yes we have great tradtion
But that doesn't give us the divine right to win
Support a team through thick and thin, not just times of success.
and whats with the people questionning wengers choice to take off rosicky? he has been out for 20 months, would you have rather him play the full 90 mins and risk getting another injury instead of potentially losing 1 game which we could easily make up for in the group? or would you rather they took their time over bringing him back so he will finally be able to play 90 mins every week? i know which one i prefer

We played shit tonight but we won - whats the point in moaning about it??? we moan enough when we lose!!!!!
The chavs play shit every week (last night for example but you don't hear them moaning about it) we know we can play better and we will especially when we get players back fit.
We dont play that badly every week so lets just be happy we've got the 3pts and move on.
On the plus side thought rosiky looked good tonight and TV5 looked solid at the back as usual.

Well said. People would be moaning and blaming Arsene, had Rosicky stayed on for the last 20 and picked up another injury.azz91 wrote:good comment.hanny73 wrote:Do you think fans of teams in the Championship and league's 1 and 2 have that attitude.

Not a great game but a great result. We've lost games that we deserved to win .. probably we didn't deserve to win this game because we didn't have a lot of real chances and we were poor defensively. But at the end of the day only the result matters.
Vermaelen was brillant, some great tackles and he almost scored 2 goals. Bendtner was very good in his real position. Rosicky did well.
I let you talk about all the negative points

Guys if that's the case, he shouldn't have even started should he? When we are chasing a game with 20 to go is Ramsey really the answer we should be looking for? Wenger used tonight as a game he thought he could pass a few passengers through. He nearly failed.tinpot lane wrote:Well said. Personally I'd rather Rosicky coming on with 20 to go rather than having to go off with the game still in the balance and an untried player being thrown on to change the game.

I agree, but complaing about it like their terrible is overreacting. They've done well in the past in minor occassions and they deserve to be given some credit. Its hard to back Wenger when he is so oblivious to all the problems that are in front of him, if thousands of people can see where the problems are then why cant Wenger? Oh and can I just point out that Clichy saved us twice.
