BEER CUP V WBA

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

fm Arsenal text...
cool!
A little ott as it was £5 a ticket for concessions. Don't get me wrong I love it, but I don't think its hugely impressive.

Arsenal text again.... looks like Mr 550 at scrabble has done well tonight...
:barscarf: :barscarf:
It's sounds like he's actually made a save or 2 tonight... by my reckoning, that makes him better than Almunia already! :barscarf:

In fact, to be better than Almunia all he had to do was NOT score an own goal and NOT panic and bring down the striker for a needless penalty! 8)

I think we have a new number 1!
Maybe.... maybe...

It wasn't on line or on the radio, had to watch text commentary on the official.

It looked like SZCZESNY had a blinder in goal though...

Probably depends if and when we draw Chelsea or Sp*rs.

Those 2 teams tend to take the beer cup seriously (nothing wrong with that, by the way!) and so our kids would probably lose to either of them as has been the case in the last couple of years, or so.

A tricky away game up at ManUre, Citeh and teams like that would also be a tricky obstacle.

Other than that, I think we can take anyone! 8)

just seen them, goals a goal but seemed like we struggled to break them down even with 10 men. what thomas did to wilshere is a disgrace. He should get a ban for that, 1st the elbow in the head and then the push in the face.
