Fulham played amazingly well and we managed to come away with three points. Who gives a fuck we didn't have the best of games, nobody will talk about that in a couple of weeks. 3 points is what counts on a day like this.
But of course it's all very well winning at Everton at Fulham. Just wait until we go to Wigan away on an afternoon in late September when the sun is shining and it's 23 degrees. That's when you need experience and a massive squad.
Vermaelen has made all the difference for me. There's no doubt in my mind that with the fat arsed goon we had wearing number 5 last year, that we would have at best drawn that game today, especially given the bombardment from set plays in the last 15 minutes (confirmed but fat arse's attempts to get off the ground when marking Flecther last weekend). Thank god we've got two centre halves that are proper defenders now - wrap them in cotton wool Arsene. The difference is unbelievable.
TV5 is impressing me more and more every time he steps out for us - I really hope he is the CB we've been crying out for. Signs are good so far.

I think Vito played amazingly well to earn us that 3 points. God knows how many saves he's made to keep us in/ahead of the game. Well done Vito, you have my vote of confidence. Almunia's probably all pink now in embarrassment.
In my opinion, Fulham deserved at least a point, but like many times said, it's not all about the "flowing" football (although it's a bonus if we keep that standard) that a team plays, it's about the win in the end. Our performance was far from exceptional, but we came away with a win and that's the most important thing.
My MotM will be Vito with Gallas at runner's up. He went all out to keep things clean for us.
Sigh, disappointed with Diaby; he loses the ball so easily. Quite pleased with Song, textbook play from him but that's well and fine. Fabs and Arshavin were quiet... I was expecting something out of him but his first touch(es) were under par today...
That was an important game today and we did very well to get the 3 points, mainly thanks to VITO! what a good lad! I really hope he keeps his place when everyone else is fit!
He must have made 5 great saves during that game
Thought Fabregas was once again very poor, the pass for the goal was really good but his overall game and set pieces were terrible again! Thought Diaby was good in patches, i can see some imporvement but not enough yet, Arshavin was quiet but coming back from injury thats expected, Van Persie and Bendtner did well, both battled well and a great finish from Van Persie, just a shame Bendtner struck that one over after he made the space really well near the end!
Alex Song once again had a good game infront of the back four, broke play up nicely and made some nice passes, loved that bit when he beat about 4 players in the space of 5 yards!
All in all a good win, and with a nice run of fixtures coming up i really feel we can kick on and get a little run going

Totally agree, there was one point where Vito came storming out and TV5 just had a right go at him and told him to stay back - and seconds later he made a great save! Tommy V looks a real leader and is getting the best out of Gallas as well.
Was a tough test in the end today, they were right up for it Fulham and pressed us hard - I wouldnt go as far to say we were "lucky" because we defended well, but we were certainly a little bit below par.
Has anyone seen Fabregas? I have a go at Diaby for only doing one thing a game....!
A good win, need to get a run going now - could have been 12 points behind Chelsea today, as it goes we are 6 behind with a game in hand. This season is turning out to be a pretty mental one isnt it!
We got 3pts because Vito made some great saves. He should now stay as number 1.But because Fulham created so many chances showed the defence was not doing their job.If Zamora could finish we would have been in trouble.
With the exception of the wonderful pass for the goal Cesc had another poor game,i lost count of the number of mis-placed passes he played
Diaby was awful. again. Cesc was piss poor too (apart from the pass for the goal. Song was excellent (I still dont think he is good enough but credit where credit is due). Vito Mussolini was fantastic. Kept us in it.
All in all a battling performance that fought hard to win us the 3 points.
