All in all a battling performance that fought hard to win us the 3 points.
And what about TV5 - man of the match by a street ? Fuck me, even Eboue nearly scored near the end. Whatever next "Arsene in £60m January spending spree". Shit, I have drunk too much tonight
I still think you're wrong about Diaby but in no mood to argue tonight !
Now you know how a Manc fan feels. Grinding out a result with a brief moment of skill (out of nothing) and a fair amount of luck (well done Vito). We gave them far too many chances and got away with it.
Vito had a great game but if your keeper is making so many critical saves in a game then his team mates are letting him down.
I wish we had the work ethic of Fulham. They played well and I could enjoying watching a team like that each week.
Give me effort over skill first. The rest will follow. Too many players strolling through the game and giving the ball away.
Overall a good game to watch.
Fab redeemed himself with a sublime pass and RvP showed what he can do. Unfortunately neither have been very good so far this season, lacking consistency.
AA very quiet and I still think he is disillusioned with playing out on the left and amybe not 100% fit.
Bendtner and Song were sound.
Big up to our away fans. They sounded great today.

And for once I'm glad I feel like that. If the Chavs had ground out a 1-0 at Wigan and we'd got beat 3-1 by Fulham, everyone (probably me included) would be ripping into our soft centered bunch, whilst praising the mental toughness of the Chavs and all the usual "sign of a good team that they win even when not at their best" stuff.
Felt like a George Graham performance today and if we can have half a dozen of them a season coupled with the free flowing stuff then even miserable fucks like me will be happy

Seemed very good, but I was in P1, so missed out on some. Seat bloody 1..
Away support is always fuckin nuts and I love it in comparison to the home games. Just got in bout half hour ago, dont know what it was like around in P1 as I was in P6, row E, 123 on me lonesome and the lads in front of me and especially behind me we're more or less singing the whole way through..
Didnt lose me voice this match unlike at Utd or Everton but would also gladly take the 3 points over our unconvincing victory. Vito Manone was MOM for me, kept us in the game with how many saves. I dont know about you guys, but kinda prefer im to Fabianski..

Couldn't agree more re Diaby. People complain about Denilson's innability give defence spliting passes but he does his job every week. I would've taken Denilson's 5-10 metre sideways passes over Diaby giving the ball away like he did today. It is become clearer as the season progresses. Diaby is not good enough for Arsenal.
Cesc was quiet but in the same way he has carried the team so many times in the past, sometimes the team need to help him through the rough patches. We all know what he can do unlike Diaby who is unproven.
Why are we continuing to waste the talents of Arshavin?.He is stuck out on the wing on the edge of the game when he should be behind RVP as the second striker. Now we have Rosicky back play him wide left and get AA into his best position

ask Arshavin and he'll tell you that he's more than happy playing on the wing in a 4-3-3

I did and he said he's fed up being pushed out on the wing. he says he has to stand on the edge of the box waving his arms trying to let his team mates know he is unmarked and in space.
He says he can make the team tick better than Fab and he'll be offski if Cesc stays next year.

Alex Song once again had a good game infront of the back four, broke play up nicely and made some nice passes, loved that bit when he beat about 4 players in the space of 5 yards!
it was fucking incredible, wasn't it? i celebrated it like a goal, great job from song. i'm liking him a bit more everyday.
oh, and hadareud, the picture you posted is very nice

I wish i could i will when i see him in the boozer tomorrow .Thats not what he has said in the past. You must agree with me hadareud he has been on the edge of all the games he has played this season and not dominating them. For Zenith and Russia his best position was as the 2nd striker
