He's brilliant. He has picked up the baton dropped by Peter Kay.
Observational humour is fantastic because you can really relate to it. You listen to him and realise that you do those things too. Very funny.
Would love to see him live!
For anyone that hasn't seen him, just search him on the bbc i-player and have a look. You'll be glad you did!

i did prick up my ears at first and found it mildly amuzing, but i've heard that shite on 4 different shows now - just not for me, we all have different humourmike wrote:Different folks different strokes i guess.....But you're not honestly telling me that you weren't nodding and laughing along in agreement while thinking 'I do that!'
i've seen Dara O'Brien, Frankie Boyle, Al Murray, Jim Davidson and Jimmy Carr live
and only found Jim Davidson and Jimmy Carr funny - very dissappointed with Frankie Boyle, he was funny on the telly but shit live
Yeah i agree with you there. I got Frankie Boyle's DVD after being left in stitches time & again by his performances on mock the week and was very disappointed with it. Came to the conclusion that he wasn't really cut out for the stage and stand up. Also a big Jimmy Carr fan, have tickets to see him in December!
Not amused by him, he`s next on the "1000 *word censored*" thread when I get a turn.Chunky Monkey wrote:i did prick up my ears at first and found it mildly amuzing, but i've heard that shite on 4 different shows now - just not for me, we all have different humourmike wrote:Different folks different strokes i guess.....But you're not honestly telling me that you weren't nodding and laughing along in agreement while thinking 'I do that!'

Has some good lines but I don't like Michael Mc's delivery. Why the fuck is he laughing at his own jokes as he's telling them...?
Fucking detest Lee Evans ans all that stupid fucking slapstick shite he does. Woeful.
Also saw Frankie Boyle after thinking he was quality on MTW but he is shit live. Shame. Still, he's great on MTW.
Jimmy Carr is a genius. Jim Davidson is a racist cuntbag.
All time fave stand-up comedians (in no particular order);
Bill Hicks
Denis Leary
Eddie Murphy
Richard Prior
Brendan Burns
Dave Allen
Tommy Tiernan (before he had the mental breakdown and became a self obsessed boring yelling unfunny arsehole
)
