Played fairly well this season, at rightback and rightwing. He is a defensive and versatile squad player on his day but when off form, he is dreadful. Annoyed to see him revert back to diving against Man U and handball against Wigan considering he has been cleaning up his act over the last year or so
I'm happy with how he has done this season so far, hope he keeps it up

I agree with Magic Hat...
I think he's up'd his game and considering the shit some of us gave him last season(deservedly some may say) he has got his act together and shown he can play well when he tries..(i am going to get slaughtered for saying that I know) but I do think that he held it together after the booing etc and you have to admit that not alot of men would take it and pull it back..look at Adebayor!!!(and he got off lightly compared!!)

The problem is that he is no where near good enough on the right wing - he is neither skillful enough, aware enough or has Parlour-like character. This leads to the further problem that as long as he is available, and AW has to fill in a midfield hole, then there he is. As it is, the club are paying big money for a reserve right-back.Magic Hat wrote:Oh sorry, thought you said when did he play rightwing, not when did he play well. He wasn't bad (dive aside) against Man U but not well either, sorry but overall, think he has done a decent job there this season.
Are we paying very good money for decent jobs. The answer is clearly yes.

Donaldo, Denilson is a promising player with one of the highest passing success rates in the Premership, Nic is a also a decent striker with a decent amount of goals last season, which is all you could ask for a 21 year old 4th striker.
