Internet Explorer 8 problems

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Internet Explorer 8 problems

Post by The Joy of Cesc »

Anyone downloaded this and having problems with it?

I did and anything saved into favourites is fine - but if I want to search for something new, I get "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Anyone had anything similar? Did you fix it and if so how? My colleague reckons it needs a patch - "you know Microsoft, as soon as they bring out a new bit of code they need to bring out a fix for it"

Any ideas much appreciated
TIA

Totally agree. On Franks kind advice I ditched IE and Norton and installed Firefox and AVG. My previously fucking slow fucked up PC is now flying along.

Can't recommend this enough, TJOC. 8)
