Ignore their poor league position, they'll be up for this one. 1-1 I think.

2-1 to us I hope. Going to be hard, West Ham are playing decently, tend to play well against us and in Carlton Cole have a striker capable of causing a problem if our defence doesn't do it's job.

going to be tough one for us over there, but i do think that if we keep up the same level of football as we have been playing then we should beat them.

Preferably minus Diaby as i think he is the only player in the squad who has not shown any type of improvment since last season...

Potential Banana skin this one - west ham seem to riase their game a bit when they play us.

If we give 100% for 90 mins we'll win easy - anything less than that and we will drop points I fear.

I'm feeling optimistic so i'll go for 3-1 to the arsenal

we really should walk this one. I reckon Almunia will be back as there was no real point in bringing him back for the AZ game as that should have been a walkover.

Hopefully the players were taking it easy during the game to rest for sunday.

Not having sicknote will be a worry though

Still i reckon 1 or 2-0 to us
