The Wonder of You
This song seems to draw a lot of dvision between gooners as to whether its suitable as a football anthem.
Personally I like it, I like the song, its easy to sing and just a generally nice sing-song before kick off.
Havent seen any threads around dedicated to this (since ive been here) so I thought id gauge some more opinions on this.

(Ed’s note – we actually did this in the summer of 2007 and ‘The Impossible Dream’ was the most popular choice. There is a thread about it on the onlinegooner forum, although how far back you’d have to delve I just couldn’t say. However, from mass of suggestions, one was ‘The Wonder Of You’ (by Donaldo, one our our regular posters) which I think was the reason it was originally considered by the club, as they drew up a shortlist of options for an anthem which included suggestions from the thread.

the song makes me cringe, i also dont go to the stand till it had finished. pure and simple how can it be an anthem if it isnt adopted by all the fans. i reckon they should drop this notion of having an anthem altogether, we're not celtic or liverpool. we should have some music to fire us up like right here right now, instead of this depressing drivel, especially if it doesnt have anything to do with arsenal
