FAT.....are you over weight?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

About a stone over for me

Still getting to the gym 3 times a week but the weekend drinking and love of curry means I should be going 5 times

Not quite Jan Molby or Mick Quinn......but maybe Andy Reid !

Could def do with losing "a bit" of weight :( Going to the gym is too much of a pain in the arse for me (nearest one is 20 mins drive away  ) although I do play footy on astro and also the odd game 8) My problems stem from my likings for all the wrong foods and chocolate and I have oftened considered going for hynosis to see if it can really work
