I eat well, but probably drink about 40-50 cans of beer a week, (was 70-80 but I have stopped drinking midweek) Started going to the gym about 2 years ago when I stopped playing footie, I make to the gym 4-5 times a week so that keeps me in decent shape. So I'm not overweight but my liver is most likely fucked.

Have to say, that explains a lot. After all, if you're always either permanently pissed, have a hangover or craving the next beer... that does explain your "unique" contributions on this forum.

Was 17st 8lb at the beginning of the year, now down to 15st 6lb. Exercise every day and eat sensibly during the week (still get bladdered and eat shite at the weekends though!)

Not fat now, I'm 6ft 1' and weigh about 13st 7lb. I did lose about 2 stone over the last 3-4months by going to the gym again cause I was sick of wobbling when I walked.
