JAY SIMPSON

Post by Herd »

:barscarf: Apparantly we have a recall clause in the contract with QPR.
In view of our paucity of strikers I think it's time to bring him back sharpish like and then sort out a strong over 5 ft midfielder in the Janaury sales. :barscarf:

Come on u Gunners !

Yes we are short of strikers, but we havent really seen much of Simpson have we...it could be that he is flourishing in the Championship due to the drop in quality, but we cant be sure for definate...Might be worth giving thr lad a chance but i think Bendtner will be back soon anyway

From the little I've seen of Simpson, I think I would back him in a one on one with the keeper ahead of Nic.
I still don't think AW will bring him back though.

fair enough rodders but i was only really meaning that if wenger wants a player or thinks he can make then it is rare for him to let them offf on loan.

I can only think of Cashley and Bendtner boy (off the top of my head) as players who bucked this trend... :?

You could add Song to that list but that would be it alright I reckon. The odds are against him for sure!

i remember the likes of merson and cambell from grahams time coming back but wenger just puts players in the shop window when he sends them out,
that academy we have more then pays for itself when you take the amount of players that have been sold from it,
