Sky on Xbox

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Yes, Sky are a bunch of Red***ps but you can use the xbox and a laptop away from the house. I pay for Sky for my parents but have an xbox at my home which I log in with and can also watch on one designated laptop. that I use wherever I am. BUT I haven't used Multiroom yet so don't know if it'll work for the footie. It does work for movies and certain other channels. You can download the movies onto a laptop but not onto an xbox.

Hypothetically speaking, if you have a mate just a few doors down the road who has Sky then can you pay for multi room and use his subscription on your xbox...?
nope, im 600 miles from my parents house and i used their viewing card details. because its set up over the internet it doesnt matter at all.

Which foreign channels do you subscribe to? Been considering getting the foreign channels for a while, but there are millions of different subscriptions to choose from
I was with Digitalb until they lost their 3pm rights, now I use the various sports channels that open with the current keys you can download off the internet on 1w. Also other ways to open various channels !

I will try and point you in the right direction if you PM me.

Find a drunken Irishman with a non-working dodgy box..... They still work over here (for now). (apparently) ( ;) )
The D-box's aren't. They're now updating them twice daily, instead of once in a blue moon.. :?
Isn't there new software for them? New s/w came out for Starview about 6 months ago which fixed that issue.

Apparently.
