My mrs told me about this last night. Not a dog lover, but the kids who did this are the fucking lowest of the low. I'd love to see someone stomp on their fucking heads, not that there's anything in there

Fucking hell, that's a bit extreme... but then as a father, if some fucker hurt my kids I'd kill them myself.

The only real problem with introducing that type of punishment in the UK is that (given the UK police's penchant for incompitance and outright framing people) a lot of innocent people would end up getting executed along with the guilty... :wink:
