EVERTON HOME GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Been impressed with Denilson, the only Arsenal player matching evertons tenacity.

he's playing pretty well but i dont think he is defensive minded enough to cover Song :?

Agree, he has a lot of energy though, if not as good all round than Song is.

What this half has shown is that without Song we have no screen for the defence, but haver to say Diaby and Denilson are working hard.

Who is the answer though to Song? Big Phil maybe? We've seen its not Tomas or Samir, i dont think Denilson is the right choice but who else is there?

Song has improved to a level that it is very hard to replace him, I think we will see the midfield three out there today (with cesc in for Rammo when fit) with Denilson and Diaby having to work really hard. Song is integral to the way we play, thats for sure.
