Gallas has been awful this season
Gallas has been awful this season
If it wasn't for Vermaelen we'd be screwed. Gallas was partially to blame for the 1st goal for not winning the header off someone who is 5ft 8. There was 1 incident where he got completely turned upside own and where was he for the 2nd goal? This isn't a knee jerk reaction if you look at how many goals we have given away they seem to come from Gallas' errors. I first noticed it at home to everton where he slacked off to Saha's goal and it has been a continuous trend and yet everyone praises the guy.

Gallas has been immense this season - some might say he has found a new lease of life since being stripped of the captaincy ...
Watch a few more games and not just the shite highlights on MOTD then come back with some credible evidence ...

A year ago i didnt want Gallas to wear the shirt ever again, and I think Wenger was ready to let him go in Januart before Johan got injured.
Since then, he has been superb, he has played like a captain more than he ever did when he had the armband - and has saved us on numerous occassions. He can be weak in the air, but his all-round game more than warrants his place in the side.

maybe you should stop watching motd as it is a piss poor way of judging players. gallas and vermaelen have been rocks in our defence, both of them. without gallas then I don't know how our defence would survive.ChildrensCardGames wrote:Look i've been watching Arsenal every game this season whether it be on a crappy stream, motd or live of sky sports and I know he hasn't been his best.
