As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I would never play Adebayor upfront on his own at home.I would start with the pace of Theo up with him,Altough i would start Diarra instead of Eboue. Our full backs will need help against Manures wingers and Eboue cant do that.[/quote]
Someone better tell that idiot Adebayor to shut the f*ck up. He is playing into the hands of the tablod haters who want to portray Arsenal as the arrogant type, just in case we get beaten and they'll have a field day. They've disintegrated the interview and bits and bobs of it are being quoted, making the wrong headlines. I cannot take anymore .........hell I'm going mental.

Adebayor: I turned down United move
Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor claims he considered a switch to Manchester United in the summer before penning a new deal at the Emirates.
The Togo international insists he was "very happy" to remain with the Gunners, but ahead of the meeting between the two sides, admits he was tempted by a move to Old Trafford.
"When I got that approach from United, I was like 'OK, it's a good team, one of the biggest teams in the world - why not?'
"It was very flattering for me and gave me confidence that I am a good footballer because, if a team like Manchester want to get me, it proves I'm doing things right.
"But don't forget I am already at a massive club and we have a fantastic team.
"I had a good discussion with the boss Arsene Wenger, we finally sorted everything out and I was very happy."
OK, so who in their right mind would come in for him?! Manchester United? FUCK! Why didn't we sell him to them?
I read the article this morning. Adebayor says that Utd contacted his agent. Surely this is an illegal approach? If it's true I'd like to see Arsenal make their point on this. They held Chelsea to account, they should do the same to Utd, Barcelona Real Madrid and whoever else wants to tap up our players.
