As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
I have seen a couple of stories regarding Arsenal being interested in Louis Saha, im pretty sure its made up, but to be honest i would take him if the price was good, he is a good player...with a decent team creating lots of chances he will get goals...if he is free of injury!
i just don't think he's Arsenal enough, even if i didn't think the story was a load of bollox generated purely because his contract is up on the summer
Taking in all the above, and also his missed chance last Saturday, I thought he played pretty well on the whole, but it would be a risk as he is always in the treatment room.
if its a cheap deal, then it'll be good, u know we aint getting Gignac, Dzenko Villa etc... Saha can score, proper goal poacher, wud be better than playing Arsh up front alone
Saha is a very very good player, perhaps a little past his prime. But when on form he can score goals from anywhere....however, the injury issue is the key to it all.
he fits all teh criteria..hes french, hes proven prem quality, relatively cheap, experienced, he is a short term option and the boss likes him..i think he could be good for us.
