As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I liked him, a good no-nonsense sort of player, always gave his all. Bit like the ad, you got what it said on the tin. Good luck to him.

If he's a legend in the eyes of Bergkamp then he is to me 8)
It would be nice for him to return in a friendly match possibley or maybe if so the CL
As Rebel said he wasn't a player who everyone liked but he was there whenever needed & he was a Giles G sort of player, became abit bigger after he left Arsenal :P
Good luck to him

as said he was a dependable defender,, didnt moan when he lost his place or go to the press moaning,, had the most boring hair cut in the world but was there when called ,,
his first match for the arsenal was against manure and his first match as manager is against manure..
knock the smile off that red nose crunt on wed   for the gooners

AH OLEG - OR THE DONKEY, AS I USE TO CALL HIM!! 8)

WAS GREAT AGAINST US WHEN PLAYING FOR DYNAMO BUT DIDN'T THINK HE WAS THAT GOOD FOR ARSENAL. MAYBE I'M BEING A LITTLE HARSH ON HIM BECAUSE HE DID HAVE TO PLAY ALONGSIDE STEPHANOVS!!

ANYWAY, I WISH HIM GOOD LUCK AGAINST THE MANCS AND HOPEFULLY HE'LL BE ABLE TO REPEAT WHAT ANOTHER EX-GOONER PRODUCED AGAINST SPUDS FOR GETAFA! 8)

Think he is just caretaker manager will the main one recovers from illness? Anyway, good luck to Oleg in whatever capacity, he was a decent defender for us whenever I saw him play
