As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Thought u were going to do a thread bout our attacking midfielders who lurk around edge of opposition penalty area but shy away from a run at the goal or a shot!

I reckon Almunia is a lurker, too... he hangs around the penalty area just long enough to convince people he's a goalkeeper, when quite clearly, he isn't! :roll: :lol:

Another "lurker" is some bloke called Carlos, lurks around the training ground most mornings but hardly ever seems to make it to the stadium.
Anyone else heard of him?

i don't see it as lurking. more like gathering insight from die-hard supporters... many of which have had a strong love for the club for longer than i have been alive.

(and to see the occasional tit thread)

also, most of my views have already been beautifully (and many times, painfully) illustrated by many on this board. i think "lurkers" like myself just let the veteran "professionals" do the talking for us... just like this:

Welcome to the forum eDub and let me re-assure you that it doesn't matter how long you've loved the club for, as long as you love them. This forum is as much for you as it is for us older gezzers who may have supported the club from an earlier date!! 8) :lol: :wink:
