Is Arshavin shit?

Maybe its just me but this guy is shit every time I go to a match.The 4 goals at Anfield have bought him a lot of credit,but over the year I think you can count the number of games he has played well.He aint our worst player but only because of the fierce competition he faces for that title .And please dont argue he is out of position,because when he was on the wing,he was supposed to be a striker.

He is playing with a foot injury and has done so for about six weeks so reckon he will be below par.
Does not exscuse him twice having ignored passing to Walcott when Walcott was in good position in front of goal (once in Bolton game and once vs Chelsea) if there is bad blood they need to sort it for good of the team.

Yes he is shit. At the moment. But he is a class player when on form - we've seen that.

He needs to get his form back quick.

He was yesterday, I lost count of the amount of times he either lost possession through mis-controlling the ball, or trying a stupid flick.

He's work rate is terrible also, he makes half-arsed attempts at chasing back, after doing the above.

Yep, totally agree Frank. There's no disputing he is a class player and he may be playing through injury and totally wasted up top (He needs to be in a Dennis role) but like my school reports always used to say...'Got to try harder'!!

I think he is suffering from not having any quality alongside him. Until RVP got injured he was looking good but since then his game has noticably dropped. Unfortunately for him RVP is out for the rest of the year and the likelihood of us signing anyone else this summer to give him support is negligible.

Unless of course Wenger fucks off and our new manager spends some cash.

No, he is being played out of position by a "shit tactician".
Arshavin will be the one player who will stay when Wenger goes, cos he, like a growing number of fans,will be glad to see the back of him.

No i dont BG, he is one of the better players in our squad so i definately wouldnt get rid of him. Other members of this forum are allowed to voice their unhappiness with him though even though i put his poor form down to being played out of position and being surrounded by mediocre players
