As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Eboue played well I thought, and for once Wenger got his tactics spot on second half.
6 points behind, not too shaby
You know you're in a real bad patch of form when Dirk fucking Kuyt is giving you the run around.
Truth.
Don't think it was quite a case of that.
I was discussing the Mousers tatics with my mate here (souser) and it was alway a case of hit it long to Kuyt. Clichy no option but to keep winning the headers. Sadly this was Pools tactic as they'd follow up the long pass to picked up the loose ball. It was always a no win for Gael unless the midfield helped him out.

I'm thinking specifically of late in the second when Kuyt was skipping past him on the deck like he wasn't there.
Fcuk it I thought clichy had a great game last night - he won 90% of the high balls between him and kuyt and I thought that he covered off for his defensive buddies on a few occasions too. I also thought that arshavin gave him slighty more protection than he usually gets from the others that play in front of him but in truth that wouldnt be hard
Form is temporary and class is permanent.
I've always thought Clichy was quality.
He has had an ordinary season by his standards, though.
But I wouldn't swap him for 10 Cashleys.

The only time i would prefer Clichy to Cole is when Cole is on crutches..Clichy is not in the same league as Cole not even at his best, which is a distant memory at the moment...
Can't put a price on loyalty.
Cole grew up a Gooner yet he sold out to the Chavs and the Russian gangster.
That makes him lower than snail slime, I reckon.

Cesc is born and bred Barca does that make him scum because he left to play for us..
Most of our players have come from somewhere else or grown up with other clubs.. so they have left and let down another club, are they all scum.....
I don't particularly want to get into this discussion for the millionth time but it was just as much a case of Cole being sold out as it was him selling out...regardless, he is still one of, if not the best lb in europe, c*nt or not...
Cashley is traitorous scum of the earth
was best left back in world (him or cockface evra), hope he never recovers
he wasnt sold, he fucked and humiliated the club midseason meeting the Chavs in a hotel
I thought Clich had his best game in ages v the boys from the selfpitycity
when he's at his best he can be our best player
