Big Pat
I had the privilege of meeting big Pat Jennings today. He was a real gentleman and spoke to me for a while about all things Arsenal. I ribbed him a bit about the Spuds but he told me he liked to watch the Gunners but feared injuries could upset our season.
He was at a mini soccer school which was held at our wee local club.

I heard a story about big Pat once. My old boss (a sp*rs fan) went to an evening where all their old players answer questions from an audience. Someone stood up and said to Pat that he was the most hurt (what a tosser) he had ever been when he left them for us. Pat answered and said that sp*rs had stalled on a contract and Arsenal offered him what he wanted so he joined us, he went on to say that Arsenal always treated him superbly and he wont have a bad word said against them. Firstly must have taken some balls to say that in a hall full of **** and secondly it backs up what ive heard about the way Arsenal treat its players/staff absolute class and AFC always stays with you even when they leave.

Pat Jennings got away with moving 2 times without anyone calling him all kinds of nonsense, takes some personality.
A lot of players today could learn from that.
Don`t tell bad words about your former club, it just isn`t nessessary.
leave the bad that needs to be said to the fans, we`re much better at it anyway
