Seeing as I'll be in London during St. Paddys I was wondering if there is any festivities going on there?

Cheers

NOT ME

with all due respect i hate the idea of wearing green and having a leprechaun (sp?) hat on drinking that revolting black stuff!!!

So its not EVERYONE!!!

Mind you when in Philly a couple of years ago i sadly came across a St Paddy Day party and boyo those Septics certainly live it up....funny thing was...when i asked four of them what the day was about they had no real idea....just an excuse to get pissed and act silly........

Ah St Patricks Day or Glasgow Celtic day as I prefer to call it, as thats all we tend to get here in Derry, a load of assholes in Celtic tops singing republican songs and looking to fight anyone who disapproves.
I actually end up working and getting a day in lieu which I can use later in the year.
