to everyone who helped with messages in regards to my work situation, namely rolypoly (and i think IHH and someone else) apologies, i remember what you said but as im an idiot and deleted the messages a week after reading them, i forgot ur names

but to cut a long story short, i was dismissed, im appealing, the initial complaint made against turns out to be a lie, so i may be able to get compensation.

anyway, once again thanks for the advice, you know who you are (even if i dont! )
