I didn't see the story on SSN, but I'm assuming it was Jeff Winter who called Fabregas a cheat.
I would suggest that this is a bit rich coming from someone who, if he maintains he was impartial, was really fucking incompetent instead.
I'd like to see Arsenal FC take a hard-line over things like this and just sue the fuckers for defamation of character.
