I LOVE the word "Cunt".
I HATE the fact that my favourite Anglo Saxon word is asterisksed on the forum (unless you do an itallics on one letter like above!). Does anyone really find it offensive anymore? REALLY? Is it worse than "Bastard" or "Prick" or "Fuck" or "Fuckwit" or "Geebag" or "Cocksucker" or "Motherfucker" or "Tottenham" or "Spudmasher"?
I think not.
It is a beautifully descriptive word that sums up many individuals in it's one glorious syllable. Sherringham, Cashley, Greedywhore, Manchester Mike Riley, The Redknapp Clan, Bentley and Bellamy (to name but a few) have all been acurately illustrated by it's liberal usage.
I hate censorship and always have. I believe in free speech and freedom of expression. To take the "C" word from us in to infringe on our human and civil rights in a manner not seen since Hitler's Germany. There, I've said it.
Of course, certain things must not be allowed on this forum for legal reasons. I can accept that. But when did the word "Cunt" become illegal? Did I miss something?
Can I now ask the Forum Admin to take the asterisks block off this wonderful word?
This plea was inspired by a conversation with my mate ds in the Gunners last Saturday. Now as anyone who knows ds will tell you; she is a lady. And she does not find the "C" word offensive. Indeed, I'd venture to say that she absolutely revels in it's usage!
If a lady like ds is not offended by it, who is?
Please, give us back our CUNT.
