My sons mobile phone..HELP please.
Hes with O2 and he pays £30 per month for 600 free minutes plus unlimited texts.
The thing is,hes given me the right hump because his Bill this month is £130.
His contract is up..
I called them up today to cancel his contract..They convinced me to let him stay and will give him a new 12 month contract..He will be getting a 1000 minutes free airtime and unlimited texts at a new cost of £20 per month..
Im useless at these things as im only pay as you go...But can someone please confirm that ive got my son a good deal?
Thank you very much...peter.

I'm on an O2 contract, ****'y.
I've tried Orange and Vodaphone. The network coverage is shite in certain parts where I live. O2 has been very good.
I pay £20 a month. Not sure about the talk and text limits. I've never had to pay extra.
So I reckon you have a good deal.
But how did your son manage to work up such a big bill in one month?????
Oh. And you should have got an upgrade on the handset. If you didn't, it's not too late to ask. These people want your ongoing business. The will bend over backwards to back sure you are happy (ooh er misses

**** for next time there are now price comparison sites that allow you to check current deals on phones.
When i upgraded i was going to swap from O2 to T-Mobile as they were offering a crap phone, £10 on Ebay type, a 1000 anytime cross network minutes and 3000 landline minutes plus unlimited text all for £12 a month.
I only stayed with O2 as they offered to match the deal.
There again i have been with them for 9 years now.
