If Nic was able to score it would have worked wonders for our goal difference which could be very important at seasons end. We could have been TOP OF THE LEAGUE tonight

Dont blame bedtner, blame me - I put him in my fantasy football team last night cos there is fcuk all lge games on and of course I put a jinx (or ten) on him

I know macari was raving about theo on sultana but imo rosicky, clichy and nasri were streets ahead of him. May as well have a wet cardboard box as silvestre who started bad and got no better

I know he wasnt at fault for the goal but did anybody see average al's dive when the ball was gone into the net ? Wtf was that all about :? Also has to be said that, in a game where he had fcuk all to do, he still manage to come from two crosses and balls them up  :x

For a long while that did not look like a title winning side but at the end of the day 3pts is all that matters

Spot on. Plus Fabregas for the time that he was on. I'd also add diaby to that list.

Theo was muck in the 1st half but brilliant in the 2nd. Nasri was excellent as was Tommy V, Clichy and Eboue was actually picking out crisp intelligent passes all game!!!!    That's him diving like a clown for the next month now!

Tweety was his usual rubbish as was Denilson, unfortunately. We seemed to be passing around Denilson as much as possible.

Loved when poor old Nic came off and just smiled, raising his arms as if to say "Fuck me - nothing went right, what can I do?!"

Nic was appalling in front of goal but he linked up well and held it well outside the box and in fairness we sat back after he went off. I like Nic, I don't rate him as a PL level striker but I love his work ethic and his honest effort and the die hard self belief he has.
