Gerrards done it again!!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The bloke has not been hit by an FA ban from mondays game v Wigan after reacting to Andre Mariners yellow card with 2 fingers up. How can that be right??
Is it "well its a World cup year, dont upset the little flower he might start defending himself again with his fists!!!"

No - but it wasn't as bad as the foul-mouthed abuse that Dear Wayne comes out with in most matches.

But then he's "your" scouser isn't he, rather than someone that stayed loyal to his boyhood club.

"Once a Blue, always a Blue" - and all that . . . . .

Is there a video of this, from the picture i saw its very hard to see if he actually meant to flip the V at the ref. Im sure if he did the ref would have no hesitation to send him off. It could just be the angle of the picture taken.
