I'll know if you've been doing it because I'll feel the fucking tremors

I actually eat a lot of junk food (being a student and all that ) I do have a good exercise regime however, I go jogging every morning and swimming twice a week. it's what keeps me fit despite all the junk I eat!

Just start of lightly **** and after 3months you'll stick to the same routine if you can maintain it that is! Good luck

Long distance walking is the best as it is always aerobic respiration (ie. not panting etc.) so you will burn through fat FAR faster.

****,
You know my weight situation from FB, well as of this morning i have lost 4st 1lb.
My way to stay motivated was to have a picture up of me as i was and another of how i want to be, just a photoshop mock up will do.
I know its horses for courses, but to be honest mate personal issues are just an excuse. I lost my dog on January 5th and on the 16th my mum had a big stroke. I didn't stop training, if anything the training took my mind off my problems.
Look fella its all down to you and only you can make it happen.
Go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :barscarf: :barscarf:

have you tried it ?

I have tried his no smoking one, i ditched the book like so many others said they had and just listened to the cd every morning for 2 weeks, its only about 30 mins long. and i haven't touched one for ages now.

the same with this weighloss one. its behavoural change for sure, but for a few quid off amazon, it cannot hurt to give it a go.

best of luck mate.
