Theo - like a new signing.....

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

In that he's done f*ck all up to now so we may as well have only just signed him?

I'm not sure if any of you have actually seen the interview.
What he actually said was that it had been difficult with all the injuries and he hoped that he 'could bring something new to the team and hopefully be a bit like a new signing.'

Wish he could be a new signing for a different club.

Anyone else getting bored with nearly every thread bashing our players or club ?

Seriously this is becoming the most negative arsenal forum out there, we are 3 points off the top of the league through to the quateer finals of the champions league and all you guys seem to do is fucking moan constantly :banghead:

i hate the fact that people love to judge what they do not know about. like criticizing a physics law you never experimented to see if it is bollocks or not.

watching walcott's interview, i can't see anything wrong with what he said. he was not contributing to the team in any ways until a couple of matches. now we know we have a very quick player who has a go at defenders to add some pace and agression to our game at the last minutes. it was not here before, but with his current form it's a new asset we now have.

like a new signing. even though it's far from being one, but like he said, it's a bit like a new signing.

All Arsenal players seem to be like a new signing at some point, RVP will be again in the summer as well.

What gets me is that he is simply parroting Wenger's platitudinous dross back to us for the umpteenth time.

Gallas might be back soon and that too will be 'like a new signing'.

When - (if ?) - we renew our Season Tickets next year the Club can doubtless console itself with the thought that it will be like 'having 45,000 new supporters' :? :? :? ............
