Why don't you make your own? It's really easy and you can add whatever extra ingredients that you like.
Things Needed:
1 or 2 packs of dried Lasagna, 500g beef mince; 4-6 eggs; Garden Peas, 1 Onion, pack of Ham.
Instructions:
Fry a chopped onion in a little oil in a biggish pot until golden coloured;
Add a bottle of tomato puree and 2 and a half bottles of cold water (same size bottle) and stir until texture of soup. Add salt and pepper.
Put on high heat and bring sauce to a boil then lower, cover and leave to cook on a low heat for a couple of hours (can be shorter but the longer you cook the sauce, the nicer it tastes) - making sure you give it a stir every 10-15 minutes. The sauce will shrink in size as it cooks and become thicker.
Add 500g of beef mince to the sauce and cook for about another hour, stirring occasionally. You can also add a cup of frozen peas to the sauce. Add additional seasoning according to taste. (Tip: If the sauce seems burnt or lacks a distinctive taste, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar to it)
Meanwhile, hard boil 4-6 eggs then thinly slice into pieces.
Fill bottom of your oven tray with a layer of the sauce (this is to stop the pasta sticking to the tray), then cover with a layer of lasagna;
Cover that with another layer of sauce then add layer of boiled eggs, and anything else you fancy (ham and then grated cheese is what I usually use); Then cover those with sauce again;
Then add another layer of lasagna, sauce, eggs, etc and continue this until tray is almost full. (Tip: If you don't like your lasagna overly cooked or dry, pour a cup of water over top of it to add moisture).
Place in middle of pre-heated oven and cook on about Gas Mark 5/6 (for around 30 - 45 minutes (it depends on your oven and how well cooked you like it. Best to keep a close eye on it after about 20 mins mark)
