Good Luck

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Exactly!! Ex-f**king-actly!! :banghead: :banghead:

It's gonna be rammed full of corporate knobs but - hey - they're the priority for big clubs nowadays. Not us nutters that create the atmosphere that makes the corporate knobs want to be there in the first place.

We should all sit in total silence so the corporate knobs never want to come again!! Well maybe not . . . . .

Too true.

And I bet the scumbag touts will be doing a roaring trade on the night, charging £2-300 or more. They always manage to get tickets don't they??

Come the Revolution, corporates and touts will be the first up against the wall! And they won't get a blindfold or a last fag! Bastards!!

Have been up north several times this year, gone to the smaller games at the Emirates .. Wigan, Sunderland, Burnley etc and i had no chance of getting a ticket because of this stupid queing system.

I hope the fat corprate crunts choke on their prawn sandwiches ..real Fans should be priority.

Well done to those real fans that got one though, have a cracking night!

Genuinely feel sorry for anyone who missed out today.

The box office was fucking weird. I put one of my browsers (Chrome) in the queue at about 10:45 and it had moved about 10% the way across. I started another browser about 5 mins later (Konqueror) and that somehow overtook Chrome. I was always under the impression you got into a queue like you would at a physical box office, but some people seemed to have to wait longer than others.

I have no idea how it works, probably just the luck of the draw!

I copied and pasted the address of the queue page onto another window, both explorer, and the bar went up by about a quater....strange...i tried it again and it went back slightly, its a shite system, simple as!

shutdown

I would like to congratulate all those that missed out and commiserate with those that are going to watch us get thumped.

Anyone remember the Concorde free tickets scandal a few years ago??

British Airways offered 100 free tickets one a first come first served basis. All you had to do was call a freephone number - they received over 5 million calls and guess what??

2 BT engineers from the same exchange got through and each got 2 tickets, before they were rumbled and sacked.

Just goes to show that virtual queues can be jumped if you know what you're doing.

I believe they decide if you get a ticket or not using the system demonstrated here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uYuScZOyiM

If you have two windows of explorer it only counts as one queue position. You need to start one explorer, one firefox, one chrome, one safari, one opera, etc, etc....
