The club honurs are on the upper ones.
The very top one does. There is three, one with adverts, one with the honours and another that has Arsenal.com on. Im sure a few could permanently be placed on this one.

You are indeed correct The honours are above diamond level It should be placed over the Arsenal.com hoardings in that case.
