Arsenal v Barca media reaction

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Some of the views on SSN earlier made me laugh, particularly from Brian Laws & Mick McCarthy... generally along the lines of "wasn't it nice to see Arsenal get a taste of their own medicine? I wonder how it felt when the boot was on the other foot?" :?

A subtle dig at seeing us come under the cosh from a team who does what we do better than us. Of course neither of them mentioned that we didn't actually lose.

I reckon they didn't print it because the two Gooners they did choose were Irish JD and N4 JT! It's a conspiracy

top post mate! just sums up the bias shit, we have to put up with... even the build up pre-game on ITV was just one Barca wankfest... probably get a more balanced opinion watching Spanish TV

We were :?

I suppose we deserve a little credit for the comeback, but under the circumstances, I'm not surprised Barca's performance is being so overwhelmingly praised - it was out of this world!

Nor did we resort to kicking their players when we were being outplayed - unlike what the sides of those two neanderthal's would have done!!

Don't worry pixie. There's plenty of other candidates on both sides that can more than adequately perform the 'Tom Daley' for Mr. Dean!!!
