In truth I think there is a shift in power towards Spain or at least their big 2. But at the same time Utd are weaker - and more indebted - Liverpool are manifestly feebler and in danger of getting worse and Chelsea are a squad that must get a radical overhaul sooner rather than later and Lampard can't keep deflecting them in forever.
In all fairness, we all saw what 1 Spanish side can buy and another develop.
Hat's of to Barca.....most of their players come through the ranks.

Man USA is like the Real Madrids of the Premier League......buy.buy buy.
Chelsea just got Moron-hio 'cos he won the Champions League with Porto.......he tried to buy the cup too and now his aging squad is ....well aged.

We had John Barnes locally recently and even he said Liverfool was punching above their weight last season.....only leave us....

I think with the lack of funding we are still up there. If only for that day at Brum.....FFS it F'ed up our whole season. No seasones international want to see a counterpart in that situation...and we mostly had 20 year olds in our team. That's what I feel scarred them...and it took a long time to overcome. I remember Cesc rubbing his eyes as if to say "Why did I look?".
Now our team has hung in there even after a similar injury to Ramsey.
I will still be proud of them after this season.....cos nobody gave them a chance, yet through all that they kept us hanging in their till April.

No Ingurlish clubs in the semi's of the CL doesn't mean we don't have good clubs in Ingurland.

FFS that took me forever to write.

"Typical Germans" race shite....hope UEFA do him
I was just about to post that. Shocker. Let's see what UEFA do about it.

"they got him sent off, they knew what they were doing. It's typical Germans" ........the words pot calling kettle black and sour grapes come to mind. Without excusing, its a disgusting racist comment. He should have the book thrown at him for that.

Facts:

1) Rafael could have had a straight red, not yellow for the blatant kick in the 1st half
2) He blatantly pulled the guy back after he got past him= 2nd yellow. The Buyern players were reminding the ref of his duties, after all he was lenient to Utd all night.
3) How many of the players talking to the ref were German? Ribery, Van Bommel, Van Buyten hmmmmm. Was there a German that approached the ref? Guess the old codger didnt care.
4) Slurring , racist , whiskey sodden, bacon-faced, old twat <--Now that is an accurate FACT.

My God, what a sore loser, and this is a "Sir". Embarrasing. What an example to set. Funny as fuck watching him bring more embarrasment on Utd though.

Seriously though, this comment was as bad as anything ever said before by other managers

Utter lack of class, and of course they wrote the book on surrounding the ref and everybody knows it. After last night they were all smug and now they're all yeah but no but...

His reaction was comedy gold and will hopefully shut up those he call Wenger a bad loser. It just proves the maxim "show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser".

That said, Wenger would not ever scrap the barrel with such racist drivel. Ferguson looked like he was going to explode.

Inter, Barca, Real and Bayern all strengthened their sides with quality during the summer while the chavs only signed Zhirkov, Mancs signed Valencia and Arsenal.... well same as usual.

3 out of 4 of those sides are in the semis and all are dominant in their respective leagues.

Oh yes them too, even Bordeaux made sure they spent what was necessary to sign Yoann Gourcuff who was their talesman and french player of the season last year.
