The New Kits of 2010/2011 Thread.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Torres is really gonna have to have a serious chat with himself.....he is looking more like a woman with every passing day

On a seperate issue I find the policy of bayern munich's home kit interesting - here is a club that has got at least as much if not more tradition as we have but they dont seem to care in what style or mix their home kit is as they go from an all red shirt to a red & white hooped shirt and now next season they are going to red & white stripes. Can you imagine the uproar if nike tried to change our kit to red + white hoops or stripes ?

No. As you can see on the pic the shirt with red & white stripes is a reminiscence. It was worn by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in the late 70/early 80. My best friend is a Bayern supporter. He really likes the new kit.

I am not having a go at them but I am merely stating their willingness to go with different variations of their home shirts and the fact that they had stripes back in the 70's doesnt change the fact that they have also had red and white hoops plus a plain red shirt

Why have the Scousers got a local transvestite to model their new kit? Oh, sorry, that's Torres.

Whenever I see "Jobsite" on that Pompey jersey I have to do a double check - it looks like "Gobshite" at a glance!

Fernando Torres must be the greatest female footballer that ever lived.

(I'd sign him in a blink of an eye though  )

Wasn't there some late 80s glam band called Japan or something like that - one hit wonders - but their lead singer was not dis-similar ?
