Scum match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i'll say that forever: that was one of the most underrated goals ever. i'm sure it was one of the best 3 arsenal goals of all time. our captain, in a NLD, seconds after we opened the score, going past all their players... humiliating, brilliant, marvelous, bold, audacious, perfect, everything you can think of, that goal was. it had pace, determination, skill, everything.

i'll never forget meself jumping in the living room. i was silent 'cause my girlfriend was asleep, when we scored the first goal i remained silent, but when fabregas did THAT i said "fuckit. YYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH GOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLL"

that goal will give me goosebumps forever 8)

Awesome :D I was at the game, and was still celebrating the first goal. Someone behind me went "ohhh my god", spun round to see Fabregas on the edge of the box, just slotting it past their keeper. Un-be-fucking-lievable :D

Well excited about this one! It'll be my first away north london derby so I'm also a little apprehensive. I've been to places like Upton Park and Stamford Bridge but I'd imagine the scum is a whole new kettle of fish. Does anyone have any tips or warnings for me? And no, of course I wont be wearing colours :)

when you leave turn left into the spurs fans then right again to the high road to blend in

DO NOT mention the match after to your friends - they will be listening...

if they say anything just agree

do not wear colours under as they'll rip up your shirt

in the away section if you're neer the barrier and they go "Oi gooner" DO NOT turn around, just keep your eyes on the game, no wanker signs, nothing. Their stewards look for any excuse to eject AND the fans try remember your face so afterwards they can find you and ambush you...

SPEND AS LITTLE TIME POSSIBLE IN THAT SHITHOLE, before the game drink in arsenal, after the game drink in arsenal...

do not let their *word censored* get the better of you or wind you up.

if we win 5-0 walking down seven sisters road with the biggest smile on your face screaming on the phone will NOT help you, if we lose 5-0 just suck it up and keep your head down until at Kings Cross or wherever...

Good luck mate.

Hope to see you there.
