A word of warning though, the Police will normally surround the pub about an hour from Kick Off and escort the match goers all the way to the Lane ; normally harmless enough and good fun, but last year it ran so late we all missed the first 30 minutes of the match. You can get out of it if you simply say you are not going to the match in my experience though.
Thanks for the advice there cook. I think this is actually the general plan although it's a bit of a trot so I won't be drinking too much just in case nature calls on the way to the ground!! Didn't realise the police were late last year. The walk must be the best part of an hour surely?

No, they don't walk you to the ground. They tube you to Seven Sisters & then walk you from there.

"For the record I don't (at 30 years of age) think I will see Spurs win the league in my lifetime."

Proof that there is at least one Spud not totally deluded!

Im thinking about heading to the 12 pins tommorow but want to be at the ground about 10 to 7.

I think this would be a better option, although im not tubing it im just gonna jump on the 259, is seven sisters road quite congested around 2 hours to kick off?

We are a few fine margins away from a title challenge this season''

I would imagine it would be, but the bus will use the bus lanes so I can't see you being late mate. :?
