Scum match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Plus redknapp is a c**t and their fans are a horrible set of twats when you "visit" their shitheap of a stadium

Just talking about it at work and we were dismissing Walcott starting. I'd prefer Eboue but......
This kind of came about talking about Monkey boy Gareth Bale. Then thinking.....If Theo were to play the last thing Bale would want to do is leave Theo. Therefore simply playing Theo could make Bale more defensive then playing Eboue?

Think twitchy will play bale left mid tonight, with modric in the middle.

I would play walcott just for his pace in a counter attack, but i would play him on the left with eboue on the right.

Bring him on for the second half, fast fresh legs like what Theo has is the last thing they will want to see.

Agreed, after 120 minutes at wembley and only 3-4 days to recover, they will struggle with walcott's pace in the second half. Heck, Barca had some problems keeping him away.

Stats go out the window in events like tonight but nevertheless here goes.

The scumbags have won 8 of their last 11 home games in the league and have kept a clean sheet in 7 of those matches. Of the other four matches the away has not managed to score more than 1 goal.

We, champions elect, have won 5 of our last 9 away matches in the league. We have only kept a clean sheet on 3 occasions away from home this term in the league from 16 matches.

They have not beaten us in the last 20 league matches between the sides.

Anyway, all irrelevant bar the last stat.

They will score, think we'll win 2/3-1

If you are heading to the match, have a good one :barscarf:

Gonna risk missing my flight home to watch this in our hotel in Colorado. We've got to win to stand any chance of sticking with the Chavs. Loads of Chavs watching their game here yesterday, very patronising about everyone else. :x :x

Come on Arsenal lets show those slimy cnuts. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Song's absence tonight is a worry, as Modric will play a "free" role, stiil think if we are positive and don't let them get their tails up we will win 1-0 or 2-1. And I then fancy them to get a point against the chavs, as I don't think they will lose 2 in a row at home. Heres hoping :barscarf:

Arsenal Tavern could probably be done too but have never been there before.
I drank in the Railway before the match last season; it's right across the road from one of the entrances to Finsbury Park tube.
