I get so pi$$ed at these arsenal forums sometimes
they love wenger when we win and then they curse him when we lose
I know we havent won anything for 6 long long years but I can see the future of this team I can see what this team can become with just a few tweaks and additions why can't they see it as well

Additions
Gk - Almunia I agree is a good player for an average EPL team but not us
Fabianski needs a good run in to prove what he's capable of
CB - Gallas, Silvestre and Sol all in their 30's and with the exception of Gallas all of them are not worth the keep. Atleast two players are needed in this area
DM/CM - Someone like melo who is a good defender and attackers is definitely needed but that's it

All we now have to do is work on our defense other than that we have a group of players from our attack to defense who are just going to get into their prime and are surely the future greats but investment is needed

But how long can we keep using the "young team " line. I would rather get in a decent 27,28 or 29 year old and win trophies than win nothing with a young team.

Admittedly, on here, the Rosetinters love Wenger win, lose or draw and the realists pick faults in Wenger and the team, albeit a win, lose or draw.

Im in the realist section.... If we win, its probably because Denilson, Diaby, Almunia et al have managed not to fuck up and cost us the game, rather than any of them putting in a display worthy of the Arsenal shirt.

A rosetiner will see this same result as improvement to the afforementioned numpties and preach about faith, character and determination whilst typing slogans such as "In Arsene we Trust" in a cumbersome and progressively annoying manner.

This is what makes this forum great.

My only concern Jason, is that you seem to be in the latter catagory lol

That's becuase as football fans we're all fickle.

Personally, I love the way the club is run. Yes! that unfortunately includes Big P Daddy Hill-Wood!

But even with the budjet there are flaws and bad decisions with Wenger. Even he's admitted mistakes.

Firstly im not one of the people who jump from Wenger hater to Wenger lover after a win.... I can see the weakness' within this squad (i wish Wenger would) and i know Wenger is NO master tactician and anyone who has seen my posts will back this up.

We have done better than i thought last August but still have ended potless so ultimately im disappointed, the thing that disappoints me the most is the fact that the glaring weakness' are the things that have cost us and im a supposed untrained eye so why cant Wenger or his back up team see it

If you dont know what Flapianski is capable of you havent been watching him(Porto away!!!!!!Stoke!!!!!!!!) The guy is worse than Average Al

I think I slowly change over the course of a season. Rose tinted optimisum which slowly changes to realisum.
